Fruit de plus de trente ans d'élaboration, cette norme propose plus de 100 indicateurs permettant aux entreprises certifiées de prouver leur adhésion aux 17 objectifs de développement durable des Nations unies.

Le Festival réunit chaque année au mois de janvier les meilleurs Musiciens des plus grands orchestres de musique Classique au Monde (New York, Chicago, Philadelphie, Californie, Allemagne, Angleterre, France, Japon, Israël, Brésil…).
Plus de quarante Musiciens, Chanteurs d’Opéra et chefs d’Orchestre sont invités pour former un Orchestre Symphonique unique dans les Caraïbes.Pendant une semaine le public de Saint- Barthélemy a la chance de pouvoir écouter, voir et échanger avec des musiciens exceptionnels qui sont très demandés à travers le monde.
Outre les concerts, le festival propose également des ateliers pour les jeunes musiciens locaux, offrant ainsi des opportunités d'apprentissage et de perfectionnement ce qui permet aux jeunes talents émergents de se produire devant un public et de recevoir des conseils d'experts renommés.
Grâce au partenariat de la Collectivité, le Festival de Musique de Saint Barthélemy est aujourd’hui à la hauteur de l’excellence et du prestige de notre île.

The Festival brings together each year in January the best musicians from the largest classical music orchestras in the world (New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, California, Germany, England, France, Japan, Israel, Brazil, etc.).
More than forty Musicians, Opera Singers and Conductors are invited to form a unique Symphony Orchestra in the Caribbean. For a week the public of Saint-Barthélemy has the chance to listen, see and interact with exceptional musicians who are in high demand throughout the world.
In addition to concerts, the festival also offers workshops for young local musicians, providing learning and development opportunities which allow young emerging talents to perform in front of an audience and receive advice from renowned experts.
The Saint-Barthélemy Music Festival today lives up to the excellence and prestige of our island.

Né dans le Nord de la France et ayant grandi dans le Sud-Ouest, ce dernier est très vite attiré par l’univers des grands Chefs et de la gastronomie. Après avoir notamment fait ses classes aux côtés d’Alain Ducasse à Monaco, le jeune passionné rejoint la grande concentration de Chefs à Paris où il s’installe une quinzaine d’années : de la Tour d’Argent au Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra, avant d’exercer durant plus de 7 ans au Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme en tant que Chef adjoint du restaurant gastronomique. En 2016, Jérémy officie en tant que Chef de cuisine exécutif de l’hôtel Thalazur Bandol Île Rousse, où il obtient sa première étoile Michelin trois ans plus tard au restaurant Les Oliviers.
Alors que le Chef Czaplicki prend les rênes de l'offre culinaire du Barthélemy, il souhaite partager une expérience culinaire unique qui célèbre l'authenticité, la passion et le respect de la nature. Il est déterminé à apporter une nouvelle dimension à l'offre gastronomique d'Amis St. Barth. Son approche passionnée se traduit par une distinction claire entre le déjeuner et le dîner, tant dans le choix des produits que dans la présentation artistique de ses créations.
La signature de Jérémy est ancrée dans le bassin méditerranéen français, il met l'accent sur la sélection et la qualité des ingrédients. Pour lui, les producteurs et les collaborateurs sont tout aussi essentiels dans son voyage culinaire.

Chef Czaplicki partage la vision du Barthélemy concernant l’expérience gastronomique et les valeurs environnementales de l’hôtel, embrassant une perspective éco-responsable. En collaboration avec le Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa, il s'engage à des gestes écologiques tels que la conservation de l'eau et la diminution du plastique, vers une cuisine Zéro Déchet. De plus, il propose des Cours de Cuisine Zéro Déchet, une opportunité pour les clients de se joindre à cette cause vitale.

Born in northern France and raised in the South-West of France, he was quickly attracted to the world of great chefs and gastronomy. After having training with Alain Ducasse in Monaco, the young enthusiast joined the great concentration of Chefs in Paris,where he settled for some fifteen years: from the Tour d'Argent to the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra, before working for over 7 years at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme as Assistant Chef of the gastronomic restaurant. Since 2016, Jérémy has been Executive Chef at the Thalazur Bandol ile Rousse hotel, where he earned his first Michelin star three years later at Les Oliviers.
