Description
Le Sereno is the renaissance of a beloved hotel on St. Barth. Recently, the hotel was re-designed, rebuilt and repositioned as the deluxe property among the islands select group of hotels. The development team includes the renowned French designer Christian Liaigre, lighting designer Arnold Chan and landscape architect Fernando Tabora.
LOCATION
The intimate 37 suites and villa Le Sereno is located at the east end of the island and stretches along almost 180 meters (600 feet) of sandy beach on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac – a turquoise cove protected from the waves by a coral reef. The site was noted by The Travel Channel as “one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world”, and the cove is the island’s most popular destination for kite sailors and wind surfers.

Rates policy
The indicated rates are per room per night and include continental breakfast; all service charges as well as roundtrip airport transfers.
Please note that the 5% Lodging Tax is not included in the rates and is due at check out.
Cancellation policy
We have a 15-day cancellation period (for Low Season) or 30-day (High Season) or 60-day (Holiday Season) and we require a three-night deposit (and a 50% deposit in Holiday Season) in order to secure a reservation payable by credit card (by giving us the number, expiration date and DIGIT CODE) or wire transfer. The balance of the stay is due upon departure from the hotel (and on August 1st for the Holiday Season).
This deposit, less an administrative fee equal to 10%, is refundable if the reservation is cancelled in writing no later than 15 days (low season) or 30 days (high season) or 60 days (holiday season) prior to arrival. Should we receive a cancellation within 15, 30 or 60 days from the arrival date, or in case of a no-show or shortened stay, the full amount of the stay would be forfeited.
We recommend our guests to take a Travel Insurance in case of late cancellation.
