The price are given in $/week and are for reference only and non contractual.

minimum rental in high season: 7 days, minimum rental for Christmas - New year: 14 days, minimum rental in low season: 5 days.

Rates does not include the 10 % service charge and the 5 % of tourism tax.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is done more than 60 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees are 20 % of the gross rental cost. Between 59 days and 15 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees are 30 % of the gross rental cost. 14 days or less prior to arrival, the cancellation fees are 100% of the gross rental cost.
