Rates policy

Prices are in $/week and are given as a rough guide and are non contractual.

The displayed rates are all included : the Rental fee and the local Tax (5%). There is no additional charges.

Cancellation policy

All received deposits are non refundable. However, in the case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, deposits may be transferred to another stay, in the same villa, subject to availability.
