Low Season: From April 20th to December 14th- 2-night minimum stay – One-night deposit upon reservation, the balance is due 30 prior to arrival.
Festivities: From December 15th to January 6th- 10-night minimum stay – 14 when includes both Christmas and New year’s – 50 % of the total amount of the stay upon reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
High Season: From January 7th to April 19th- 4-night minimum stay – 2-night deposit upon reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For stays from 10 nights, a 5-night deposit is required, the balance is due 60 days prior arrival, except festivities season.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-MODIFIABLE AND NONREFUNDBALE

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to hotel@pearlbeachstbarth.com. A cancellation number will be provided by our reservation department.
Any nights taken off from the original reservation after the full payment is received will be forfeited.
Delayed check in or early check out will lead to a full penalty.
The hotel is not responsible for flights delay or cancellations and bad weather conditions out of our island.
