Our rates include : the continental breakfast, the airport transfers, a welcome cocktail, some refreshments in the suite, the daily maid service, beach towels, beach and lounge chairs, pool, kayaks, WIFI and services.
At front desk, a computer with high speed internet access and a printer are at the disposal for our guests.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for 24 hours after booking

We advise our customers to purchase travel insurance.
The availability of rooms on arrival day is from 3pm and release them the day of departure before noon.
Thank you to warn in case of late arrival beyond 18:00.

If canceled or modified up to 30 days prior to arrival, the Hotel requires 5% of the total booking amount.
In case of late cancellation or no-show the Hotel requires 35% of the total booking amount.
Deposit:
The sum equivalent to 35% of the total booking amount may be requested or imposed by the hotel at any time after booking.
Special Christmas and New Year from December 20 to January 6 included:
If canceled or modified up to 60 days prior to arrival, Hotel requires 5% of the total booking amount.
In case of late cancellation, the hotel requires 50% of the total booking amount.
In case of no-show, the hotel requires 100% of the total booking amount.
Deposit:
the sum equivalent to 50% of the total stay may be required or taken by the Hotel at any time after booking.

All rooms are non-smoking. All costs resulting from the deodorization or maintenance due to smoke are the responsibility of the occupant of the room, a flat rate of € 100.
Any damage within the facility will be charged.
