Cheval Blanc St-Barth offers culinary delights at two restaurants. La Case is open for dinner and offers panoramic ocean views. Created by chef Jean Imbert, the menu features cuisine inspired by the island's riches and the Caribbean charm. La Cabane, open for lunch, is the perfect setting for a relaxed meal with your feet in the sand and breathtaking views over the Flamands Bay. Throughout the day, the White Bar serves refreshing cocktails and light dishes overlooking one of the swimming pools of the Maison. At any time, the Carte Blanche team stands ready to fulfil the guests every desire.
The Cheval Blanc Spa invites guests to relax with unique Guerlain treatments. Located in the heart of the tropical garden, the pavilion welcomes guests in a serene atmosphere for a sensorial treatment or yoga session.
